How are we all doing,,,,, Well today i have started the Cambridge Diet,,,,its all new and well i hope it works,,,,,

Is there anyone else on this diet?

I no i shouldnt have done this with it being only day 2,,,,, but i have just weighed myself before my scales get posted to there new owner and i have lost 2Lb hahahaha

well im not on the cambridge diet l .. but i am on a diet and trying too do a bit more exercise too .. good luck with it
