weaning

hi my little man has started to want more feeds during the day and last nite he woke up at 2 in the morning which he hasnt dont for about a month now. yestaday he had 7 six oz bottles. should i start weaning him. i tryed him on baby rice the other day and he didnt want it. not sure want to do

how old is your son? i dont blame him not wanting baby rice, you ever tasted that stuff? its like wall paper paste lol

i dont see why weaning would hurt...i know the guideline is 6 months, but lots of mothers wean 'early' at around 4 months (i did just after) xx

He is a hungry baby!! A friend of mine started weaning her boys at 3 1/2 months cos tehy were the same and she just didnt have the energy to be giving them a bottle every 2 hours, the health visitor advised against it but I suppose as a mum you know whats best for your baby. Good luck with it all hun and hope you work something out.
