Well, here goes, my first 'entry'
*this morning I did 30 mins of high energy exercise (inc sit ups, push ups etc)
(best done in the morning as it kick starts your metabolism)
*I had a banana for breakfast and a glass of water
*For lunch I had a small portion of noodles and a good sized salad
*Then, i cleaned the house, did housework etc and by the end of it I was sweating like a horse - must count as some kind of exercise!
*Then I danced like a mad 'un with my daughter for 10 minutes
*I had half a grapefruit as a snack
*For my tea, I had mashed potato, fish cakes, broccoli and cauliflower
Not bad for the first day, eh

Hows about you lot
Now...will I be able to resist a glass of wine with my sister in law
