today i had a letter to say that i had failed a social medical.it was only for £2.35 a week. the doc has decided that coz i can dress myself i can work,what she dont realise is that ihave very uncontrolled diabites,a prob with my bones, and no confidence due to hirsutisim. im gonna appeal as i dont agree.it does my head in so much when i know ppl myself who have no health probs can work on cars,walk for miles a day and dont even get a cold. they are able to get all the benifets under the sun.dont get me wrong im not unable to work but my health rules my life and im unable to change that. its true when they say if your'e face fits you get everything.well ive had my moan now hope you dont mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

of course we dont mind!! and i think we have all had issues with tax and benefits one way or another!!! they just cant seem to make their minds up!!! does my head in too!!!! like im trying to get bak to work but can not get a single bit of help!!! luckky 4me i got a gr8 mum!!! :smile:

the thing is in the medical room the doc said id flown through and met all the criteria to get the benefit.but when the report goes through, id met none of it.they are so full of bullshit. y should be able to get some help with child care.its the ppl who dont need it always get it. as some of you know my hubby is ill, he also has pancreatitis (which can kill him) he has to go through a medical every year and every year he has his money stopped,and we have to apeal through the courts.but someone we know has got all the benefits going,they have never been called for a medical, but can do more than he makes out.it makes me soooooooooooo mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
