a + e waiting times

ciaran broke his arm yesterday and he was in absoulte agony his brake was displaced and they made us wait 45mins for triage but people who it looked like their was nothing wrong with them get called in almost straight away and they say u must wait ur turn but how do you tell a nine year old that it isn't that much of an emergency when his arm his the wrong shape

well they havent changed much since i broke mine 14years ago.. they had me waiting hours... and all u want is to lay down!! hope he's feeling bit better today!! :smile:

a + e waiting hours are crazy !! i waited in the a + e on saturday for 5 hours coss hubby had chest pains !!

i couldent beleive the wait, and to see people go in to be seen by the doc b4 us, who came into a + e b4 us was just crazy!!
