i dont know what the real name for them is, but the elderly use them to get around in. they only bug me when i see them on the roads. if im in my car and they are chugging along the kerbside, its really dangerous. plus they dont pay road tax to take them on the road in the 1st place. i understand many must have them to keep their freesom which is fantastic but they should be used with caution and certainly not on the roads!
yeah i know wot u mean rara, they do put there live at risk a bit! i got hit by one in a shop once, the woman come flying around the corner, not looking and bashed into my legs,it wasnr too hard, but hopefully it teached her to slow down in shops!!
i call them zoom zooms, they seem to rally around with no care for others. wot makes me laugh is when you see someone in one then they get off it and walk away with no problem. it gets me so mad in super markets when they ram your ankles of beep there horns. why not just say excuse me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we know a bloke whos 33 got nothing wrong with him, just lazy. who has 1. the other day we saw his brother going in to town on it. cheaper than the bus i suppose.
