This first one deals with a petition about forced adoption policy... it makes me sick how the government has a legislation where it has to meet targets to adopt a certain number of children per year... my husbands children were taken into care prior to my meeting him and they tried to force the adoption process but the court over ruled the decision... Basically two more children were adopted to accomodate the target requirements
