I had an e-mail once that said 1 in 4 people are mental, so think of your 3 closest friends, and if they seem alright, then it's you!

Mine says diet starts tomorow.

As for colds well dont get me started!!! Every morning without fail I have to blow my nose then I have a sneezing fit Im like that for an hour or so then I have to go get a bit of fresh air to see if it will clear up It uses all my energy and I get really angry every time I sneeze cos they are really strong ones
Ive got something like polyps at the top of my nose but when I was suppose to get it all sorted I found out I was preggas with Ruby so couldnt have the CAT scan maybe I should try get it sorted now.

I got no sense of smell either but it comes back every so often and I end up walking round smelling everything in site

good luck on your diet sweet join us lot with a diet diary it helps i hate all that sneezing stuff it shouldn't be allowed really!!!
