Ignorant Shop Assistants!!!

I really hate it when I go into a shop and ask for help only to get a miserable assistant that is counting the minutes till their next break!! I hate it when they just give a straight answer and dont offer to help further, for example asking if there is another size in something and instead of saying they will phone another store and try to get hold of one thay just look at you straight faced and say NO.
I also so hate it when they dont smile, it doesnt cost anything!
This is probably due to the fact that when I am working whether its a clothes shop or a chippy I always go out of my way to help as much as I can!! AAAAHHHH!

Im turning into a right moaning minnie! I think you lot have influenced me! :smile:

It bugs me when you pick something up, you get till & part of the tags missing so can't be scanned! why do they look at you as though you've ripped it off to annoy them.

I've got better things to do than stand at till waiting for supervisor/manager to sort it out.

i hate it when you go into a shop & everyone follows you around & keeps asking "are you ok there? do you need any help" that bugs me so much i get really shitty with them i have even walked out of a shop because of it!!

My local peacocks has a security guard who follows anyone with kids & a buggy, he's a swine. I feel guilty although i've never thought about stealing something, let alone doing it. I've since boycotted the place, i take my custom elsewhere

We have a security guard in our local Iceland! Who wants to steal pasta n sauce?!
It's not like they sell expensive things worth nicking like nappies!

ohhh i always get the grumpy ones, theres loads in tesco (marks farm) in braintree. they do my nut it!!!

i cant stand grumpy store assistants... esp coz i was one and i kno how easy it is to be cheerful and helpful!!! why go in2 a job like that if u dont like helping people!!! its so ridiculous!!!

i agree they are all soo miserable and the 1s that work in the clothes shop love themsleves just a bit too much i aslo cant stand it when u get followed by security guards i stopped 1 once in boyes and asked why he was following me and u know what he said, dont talk to me like that or ill have to ask you to leave and u wont be coming in here again i just walked of i could have slapped him the cheek of the bloke!

wot a w**ker..... i h8 ones like that!!! i hate posh shops.. the women think they r better than u and always look down their noses at u!!! i h8 shopping!!! used to love it!! altho i love shopping 4james and the kids!!
