Default Lack of justice

Last Septmeber a six month old baby went missing, he lived with his mum & nan at his nan's house, which is where he went missing. His little body was found the following day less than 100yds from his nans house dumped in a bag in a brook Apparently his mum was at her boyfrineds overnight so his nan left the house unlocked in case she came home. The following morning his nan found the cot empty but assumed that his mum had fetched him His nan then went to work without contacting her daughter, the daughter returned home & didn't question where her son was. His nan discovered his cot empty at 6am but they didn't report him missing until hours later, when they did they walked to police station instead of 999 call. His mum, nan & mums boyfrined were arrested over it. The nan & mum were bailed & went to court & were let off due to insufficient evidence. The mums boyfrind was found guilty of manslaughter, because the post mortom was inconclusive, & giukty for trying to conceal a death & dumping of his body. On Monday he was sentenced indefinately & has to serve almost 4 yeras before he can apply for parole!
It makes me sick. His mum & nans account don't make sense either. Im sure they know than they've made out

I can't understand how someone could apparently go into his nans house & take him without her hearing anything. He was dumped in a sports bag, but he was wrapped in a black bag (bin liner) then placed in sports bag. The black bag was part of a batch that were under his nans kitchen sink. Suerly if his mum was staying at her boyfriends she would have noticed him missing from the bed There is no way i'd leave my house unlocked especiallt with child in the house.
His mum & nan were moved from the house, which got boarded up with their belongings in it, but moved back about 4-5months ago. I couldn't have faced seeing the house again let alone living in it. They both pass the polace his body was found daily. Only 3 people know what really happened that night & they've all lied through their teeth.
The only thing the poor little mite deserved in life was to be loved & cared for, not to meet such a terrible & untimely death.

He will be eligable for parole in 4 years but hopefully he won't get it. he'd never be able to return home he'd be killed, but he'll get some beating while he's insdie i would imagine

That is the worst thing ever! And the storys don't add up either, they all should have got done for it anyway, he should have got longer, and the mum and nan should have been done for at least neglect! The nan wasn't looking after the baby properly if she didn't lock the door, her first priority should be that the door was locked to protect the baby, if the mum had have come home she'd have had to knock at the bloody door!!! Also if the nan woke up and noticed the baby wasn't there the first thing she should have done was get in touch to see if he was with his mum! And as for walking to the police station, that is pathetic!!!!

its totally shit. it should be a life for a life. i think our prisons should be run like american prisons.my pen pal done a robbery at a fast food joint he got 16 years ( nobody was hurt or killed). that excuse of a man that killed that child should be punished not given a slap on the wrist.
they say u get more for theft than murder.

it's tragic & im adamant that the mom & nan were in on it too, but got together & put all the blame on the bloke. When the baby died we put him a bunch of flowers out of respect for the poor mitr. There were flowers outside the house & the brook where he was found. The mom & nan took it that they were popular because of all the flowers. they might be b*****s but the baby was innocent in everyway My boys think say about him everytime we go past the brook. I remeber Lewis crying his heart out, he thought the baby had fell in the brook & drowned. I couldn't tell him the truth & just left it. Now he says it's where the baby was found It's sad that 3 sick peoples actions have such effexts on others
The poor little mite is safe now, all be it too late. Bless him You hear of things on news but it really hits home when its on your doorstep

They should be able to torture him to get the truth of what happened that day, Im sure the other inmates will give him a good hiding but they should do it to get evidence of what really went on.
