My husband wanting me to express breast milk for HIM!!!!

It bugs the pants of me when my partner asks me to express milk to put in his coffee as it tasted better than cows milk. He even asked me to express a glass full to put in the fridge every day. What man enjoys drinking his wifes milk? Am I the only person with a nutter for a husband?
No wander my tee shirts are always soaked... i produce too much milk for Eche to cope with maybe I should start selling it.

No my hubby was the same too, he reckons its like milkshake but without all the sugar. so much so, we dont ever consider bottle feeding as he reckons formula tastes disgusting in comparison!

I have never known a man before who will drink breast milk, but the downside to this is that I am now producing so much milk I have been waking up in the mornign soaked to the skin from leaking at night and the bed is wet and smells of old milk.

ohh my ive hered it all now lol, ive never personally known a man to like breast milk, only my cousin lol !!

hubby just said he would never drink breast milk, lol

i carnt imagine a man drinking breast milk !!!

lol my hubby says its lovely but i know how you feel with the waking up soaking thing, i breadtfed my daughter till she was 1 and there was only about 6 weeks towards the end where i started waking up dry..... had to put it to hubby straight, none for you!!!!!

My husband won't try it, kind of glad in a way because my little man is a very hungry boy anyway and am always waking up wet, the only breast pads that work for me are the tommy tippee ones i soak through the others lol. While we are on this topic does anyone have any tips for me as i'm going back to work and still want to give him my milk how can i manipulate my milk to come on strong in the evenings rather than the day so i can still express for my boy

Have you tried freezing your breast milk? Every few hours in the evening express as much as you can and freeze it...then when your baby needs his feed your partner just has to put it into a bowl or jug of boiling water to defrost it and baby can drink it.
Also some employers will accomodate you if you express at lunch time and store it is the fridge at work until you get home then you can freeze it again or keep it for his feed. You will need to continue to put baby to your breast to keep the stimulation going else you will dry up. I found that out last time

Tomme Tippe braest pads were the only ones that ever worked for me too, I felt really safe using them, I knew I wasnt gonna leak through like I did with every other type I tried.

My fella had a taste of my breast milk but just out of curiosty and thankfully never asked for it again hahaha!

i breast fed for the 1st few wekks with eva, but because she was premature she grew to prefer a bottle as it was easier for her to suckle.

my other half did have a taste too. it must be a man thing of curiosity. theyve only known your breasts as objects of desire and suddenly they are producing food 24/7 as well and just cant resist the urge to know what the milk tastes like. I remember offering him some id expressed and he just pulled a face of utter disgust once he'd tasted it! lol

This is the first time I have breast fed as the last children like yours were all too young to feed they were tube fed as they had not developed the sucking reflex... he still drinks my milk.
He has a glass every morning of it to experiment and see if it makes him look younger as it was rumoured that drinking sheeps milk makes you look younger so he is trying it with my milk... I swear he has lost the plot
