no one bothering about my anniversary!!!

i kno this may sound silly... but it was my 3rd wedding anniversary on tuesday!! and all we got was a card from each dad.. which really pleased about and my sister charlotte got us a lovely plaque!! my sisters leah and donna sent me text message which is better than nothing coz at least they remembered!! but it really annoys me that people dont bother coz its like a really big day to me and james but no1 seems to care!!!! james sister obviously dint remember... neither did my sister vicki or bro tom.... nor did my mum!! or my dearest friends sam tala and louise!!! i think it bothers me coz i always make sure i neva 4get anything!! always help them all celebr8 their important days!!!!!
ok i feel better now i have had a bit of a rant!! hope i dont sound too pathetic!!!

Oh chick how sad people can be so hurtful. We have the same every year all my family buy us a card but its hit & miss with his family. His mom the cow, syas we shouldn't celebrate our wedding anniversary because my Grandad died on our 1st wedding anniversary after a long battle with cancer & my hubby cousin also died after being hit by a lorry.
It probably doesn't seem alot to celebrate anniversaries but when you look at divorce rates is shows you doing something right. Sod them all, the main thing is that you got each other a card to show how much you mean to each other ***

congratulations charley!! to be honst i have never brought anyone a card or a gift for a wedding anniversary, nor would i receive or expect anything coss i dont see the point lol. but thats just my opion!!!!

i dont bother with valentines day either, or grandparents day!! there all just a money making scheme!! xx

well as you all know we don't celebrate valentines day & i don't really do xmas cards that much but its not nice when ppl forget!! mum mother forgot my birthday once can you believe that!! i think all that matters charley is that you & james know what the day is & even though its a sad day you can celebrate it in your own way!! if that makes sense

I'm sorry no one really bothered Charley, but you're like me - I don't forget anybody's anything! and it irritates me that other people don't work the same way!

It is a shame that you didnt get cards from your close family but as long as you and James dont forget I think that is the most important, could you imagine how sad you'd be if he forgot Hope you had a lovely day together!!
