sorry about this but really need to get it out
So Charlie has been going to a preschool since we moved here and the workers have been kind and every thing in till know.
When Carlos took Charlie yesterday one worker said to him that Charlie hit and calls others names and that if it carrys on he will have to leave and that we need to take him somewhere to get him to stop it so Carlos said that we will talk to Charlie about it when we pick him up but then when i went to pick him up the worker asked if she can have a word with me so i said ok and she said that Charlie is not aloud back there as he has bite an other boy and he will not go there the other kids so i asked if i can talk to Charlie about it and can we see if he behaves tomz and she said sure so i talked to him and and then today we took him and all was fine he was playing with the other kids and everything but then when i picked him up i got told he can not come back as he keeped hitting again and that we are bad parents for letting him bite so we just leaved and Carlos was bathing Charlie not long ago and he found bite marks on his arms and he was bleeding abit. So i called the school and they said that it did not happen there as they would of know and hang up.
So know i dont know if to go in tomz about it or what but they have really p**** me off and im ready to go to the police about it thats if thay can do anything

And im leaving it there

hun you son has bite marks on his arms are they child size or adult size? someone there could be biting him and if its a adult you need to go to the police!

but he could just be biting himself, but still also were are the bits on him are they somewhere he could bite himself? if there not hun then i would to the police and explain to them whats gone and since the nusry are not willing to explain it then something needs to be done!

as charlie said if they are not willing to look into it then you should go to the police about it but also if they are in places he could bite himself then they may say he has done it himself!

They are child size and its on the top of his arm so he could not of done it. Im going to police tomz. I know charle could of bit some other child but they sould of done somthing about it

i cant even bite myself on the top of my arm so i doubt it charlie would of done it to hiself!

go to the police and whilst your at it make a complaint about the nursey!, if you want to try re ringing them and get no where tell them your going to go to the local papers etc x

I don't think the police would do much to be honest, kids biting eachother isn't seen as a crime but as bad behaviour. and the adults who run this preschool will hardly get arrested for it.

So what name calling does a boy of 16 months do then?

the police will be able to prosecute (not sure if thats the right word) the nursery for neglect of the child because of the way that alexis was spoken to on the phone, and for alexis not recieveing an accident form when collecting charlie!

another thing you could do alexis is get in contact with the local board who runs the checks ... in wales we have the CSSIW Care Standards in Wales for childcare and OFSTED for schools but not sure who your board would be and put a complaint about them there they will then have to have inspections and things carried out...
