you know the ones the horrible people who dont say thanks when you hold open a door or barge you in the supermarket trying to race for the last of the buy 1 get 1 frees!!!!!! and while im on a role out of hours doctors who refuse to come out unless your dying. I had an asthma attack once when 6 months preggars my partner called a doctor who told me to call an ambulance as she further away from hospital!? :!:

That annoys me aswell, my little girl had a really high temperature and she was vomiting badly but they refused to come out to see her, we had to spend an hour in the car on the way to the hospital and when we got there they were going mad that the doctor hadnt come out to see her.

call out drs aren't v. good r they!! my poor nephew had a really bad reaction to chicken pox so my sister phoned out of hours drs and they told her it'd be 4hours b4 they even called her back!!! by the time they did call back my nephew was in hospital having loads of tests done!!! he's ok now tho! i remember having the dr called out 4me when i was little so it has obviously changed alot in a decade!!!

i have never called a doctor out to the house, altho i was advised to by a few people a couple of weeks ago as i was very ill with flu, and couldent stop shivering etc, i never called the doctor out, glad i dident now.

it really annoys me when im sitting in my doctors surgeory and the phone keeps ringing and the recepionest's are just sitting there laughing and talking amoungst themselves, that really makes me mad, as i think of the times i have tried to ring them and it takes them ages to answer the phone!

i know!!! that annoys me too!! also in supermarkets!! ur queuing for ages with loads of tills free and u c workers standing about chatting!! ahhh.... like we wanna wait around forever!!!

Yes i always hold the door for other people and hardly ever get a thankyou back.

And if somebody like barges into me in town i always say sorry, when i shouldn't be the one saying that, but i just can't help myself.

im like that!!! i always apologise even if its not my fault!! also i always say thank u even if its just becoz someone has moved aside so i can walk past them!!

I'm with you guys - manners cost absolutely nothing!
People always comment on how polite my children are and I beam with pride but on the other hand, why shouldn't they be? I'm trying my hardest to raise them with good morals and manners as many of my friends are with their children, but when people stop me in the street (and they've done it many times including abroad) you'd think nobody taught their children anything anymore.
I also hate (I'm off on one now - bee in my bonnet !) how people stereo-type. Because I was very young when I had my first, then had more in quick succession people assume I was young, naive, un-educated, single mum on the dole and aspired to nothing. Well I'm telling all those people, yes I was young but I'm not stupid, I had a private education, nor am I a single mum and don't get any state hand outs! I reckon I'm doing better than a lot of "older" mums so there!

u know what.. i kno exactly what u mean!! im only 22 and have a 2 children!! u can tell people are stereotyping u by the way they look at u.. esp if im out on my own with my two... and it always makes me laugh how shocked people look when i say i'm married!! also proud!!
