Default a poem ....

just wanted to share this beautiful poem with everyone....

STILL HERE......

I saw you standing at my grave
....but i'm still here.
I saw you turn & say goodbye, you waved
....but i'm still here.
I heard you call my name as you slept last night
I felt your pain,fear & fright.
....but i'm still here.

I heard you wonder how you'd cope
....but i'm still here.
I heard you sob, i heard you moan
....but i'm still here
I saw you as you held your head in your hands,
with the world still full of your time's demands.
....but i'm still here.

I held you in my arms today
... i'm still here.
I felt your response because you knew there was a way
....i'm still here.
I know you felt my hand as it brushed against your cheek,
I haven't left your side, i've been here all week.
....i'm still here.

I have a new home where i now reside
....but i'm still here.
Love is still the same from the "other side"
....and i'm still here.

From time to time i'll pop in & say hello,
I'm really sorry that i had to go
....but i'm still here.

It's my greatest wish that you live each day
....knowing i'm still here.
I promise one day, there'll be an ease to the pain,
And i want you to begin to live your life again
....knowing i'm still here

You still have so much more of your life to live
....but i'm still here.
Your beautiful soul has such alot to give
....and i'm still here.

Lots more singing,dancing & fun,
Parties to attend & things to be done
....AND REMEMBER...I'M STILL HERE!!!!!

That is truly a lovely poem!!
I have written some myself about my baby we lost to termination four years ago. I will share some soon on the boards as i think they are lovely they helped me through a hard time.

The words: But i am still here, are so real, there are days when i feel this, particualary when a rainbow appears. cant explain it but.....

Love
Karenxx
