i dont feel well

jus sum advice please. ive had a really bad head ache all day its focused on 1 point of my head (right at the top on right hand side). its making me feel sick and ive tried paracetamol and they dont seem to have worked. any advice what to take.

Its me again lol. Try drinking more water, I get a similar sounding headache if im dehydrated, once I have a good gallon or two im right as rain again, hope this helps.

cheers chuck, think i will ave 2 try that coz its still bad 2day. taken more tablets and its not budging.

Yes i agree with the water thing. If it's still there in a few days you should call nhs direct or pop in to the doctors to see what they say you should do. Hope it clears soon

I get migraines and it sounds like that - mine throbs above my right eye and i feel sick and heavy. You could try some stronger pain killers from the chemist, avoiding caffeine and getting some sleep. Go to your docs if it keeps happening.
