Default my partner

hes a lovely person, but he really does my head in some times, hes so lazy!
i do everything for him- i do all the cooking, cleaning, washing i mean everything! but i ask him to do something,he says "in a min" and it never gets done. i have a two and a half year old and hes hard work!
my partner never bothers with him,he wont even change a nappy!
the other day i asked him 2 bath corey,he ran a full bath, washed him in carex and left him by himself and sat on the computer!
hes comes home from work has tea and then goes on the pc all night and when hes not on the pc hes working on his car.i have tried talking to him,but he don't want to know,he just ignores me and pretends to go to sleep.
i love him,but i dont know what to do!

any advice?

oh no i think every man say the old "i'll do it in a minute" buisness!! but i think you should sit down with him & tell him how you feel & that leaving your little one in a bath to go sit on a computer is not right & that if anything would happen to your little one he would be guilt ridden !
the only way to get him moving is by telling him things have to change & that you need more help. good luck hun x

im in the same boat near enough hun, my bf doesnt give my little boy baths anymore, he doesnt do the cleaning, or washin of clothes or washin of pots, i have to ask him to do these things, he just says "yerrr" as if he cant be bothered, he spends most his time on his ps3, im pregnant also, so looking after a two and a half year old can be very tiring but i think he thinks coz he got a job he doesn't have to do owt coz he pays the bills etc but then again i pay the rent each week, i pay for him to get to work and also pay for our food each week, it would be nice for him to pull his weight about but thatll never happen, he doesn't even play with my little boy, he comes in and its straight on the ps3, i put my son to bed, i do his dinner and ours, i wash all our clothes, i wash the pots, i hoover, i pretty much make sure everything is ok, yer i have my weeks where i cant be arsed doing anything but do u really blame me when im doin it all on my own, if he thinks that being a full time mum isn't a job hes completely mistaken, my feet ache all the time at the moment, the only time hell offer to do sumat is when we have company around. other than that i think coz i stay at home all day he can treat me like a housewife, and i aint turning into a skivvy for him

i think u just have to tell him to get up off his arse and help a little more if he cares about making u happy,im lucky enough to have someone who enjoys doing things equally around the house and with our son,but if i were in your situation i would just be straight out and to the point...put your foot down girl!!! goodluck!x

i was in a miserable relationship - leaving him was the best thing i ever did. think hard whether it's worth it, and if you want to be with him in 5 or 10 years time.
