period pain

any body got any ideas how to soothe period pain. ive not had a period in 10 years until now and it bloody hurts. any advice will be a help.

i can tell u....dnt eat chocolate... as this makes the pain worse!! if u have a hot water bottle.... that can help!! if not good old parcetamol!

cheers chic, gone off any food as its making me feel sick, tried the pain killers dont bloody touch it. i recon its all the 10 years of pain rolled in to one.

Hiya i have heard that those new devices @ £19.99 each are very effective. Cant remember the name, but if you pop into boots they sell them in there
