Default Rudness and ignnoring

Hiya all,
Am just looking for a bit of advice about how to deal with my 5yr old daughter. Just lately she has become very rude ignorant and she will not do as she is told or listen to anything i tell her. The constant backchat is becoming a problem and im losing my temper with her easily now. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

oh dear...girls.... my 3year old daughter already has the attitude of a teenager!!! so annoyiing and frustrating.....

wen amy talks to me rudely i blatantly ignore her.... and tell her im not goin 2talk until she talks nicely!!!

i tell u wen i find amy is worse... wen she is wanting something... she demands me to get her a drink instead of asking!! so now i dont do anything 4her til she asks nicely!!
