Am i pregnant or what?

I have come off the pill recently to try for number 4 and had a lot of sex, obviously. I am now 4 days late on my period, my boobs are killing me, seem bigger and have big blue veins on, sexy. I'm tired and feel generally crappy, but a test says no. I know I should know after being pregnant 3 times b4, but Im never late, I have had period pains for about 2 days but no period, and I dont normally get pains until about 2 days of bleeding. Has anyone ever had this and been pregnant, if it wasnt for the negative test I would say I was pregnant, but dont know if its just cos i want to be pregnant and Im reading things into it. Can anyone help?

The symptomns are certainly there hun, so I reckon you could well be. When I was pregnant with Ella I had almost exactly the same symptomns as you've got and the same result with the test. I did 2 tests, both had a negative result. It wasn't until I took a 3rd and it came back positive. I would wait a few days and see if your period comes and if not take another test. Thanks, never had this with the other three, you think you would know everything there is to know after a few, but each is so different that its hard to judge, fingers crossed. Going to a wedding on saturday and wearing white trousers, so may have to rethink my wardrobe choice!!

Well, I waited and now im seven days late so I did another test, it came out negative. So im assuming now that im definately not pregnant. Hubby reckons my body is just sorting itself out after coming off the pill and its only been a month and not to get so disheartend and im trying not too, just hope that there is nothing wrong with me cos im never this late. Hopefully my period will start soon and put my mind at ease and I can start over again, hubby is pleased with that, but it this carries on it will be hard to calculate when im ovulating, although hes says we should be alright if we just do it twice every day! Men eh?

like ure hubby says it could jus be ure body adjusting after coming off the pill, i was prepared 4 a long wait 4 my 1st period after coming off the injection, been told it can take a while, luckily ive had it already a month later perfect, i thought it wud knack my body up.
jus give it tme chuck, like u say its only been a month and id b suprised if u fell that quick, then agen i did i came off pill 2 try 4 my daughter, thought oh crap i dont want a baby. 2 late i was preggers already lol. 2 weeks 2 bloomin weeks lmao.

same with me i had my implant taken out on the 27th nov had a period on the 2nd december and by jan i was pregnant lol so it can happen very quickly!

I have had one period already, which is how I know im so late, but with jess and jamie I fell preg almost immediatley but with Alfie it took nearly a year. Im just confused cos I thought i was having symptoms and so late, still have started my period. But I had a different pill this time that stopped my periods and once I came off it, it only took a week to have one. I dont know, just waiting for it to start now, Im a hypocondriac though and have convinced myself that there is something wrong with me!

I'm sure that theyre is nothing wrong with you! Like the others have said you will just have to give it time and it will happen. I know the feeling though, you get impatient and want it to happen, well thats what i was certainly like! As it was a different pill you have been on, it might take longer to get back to your cycle than it has done in the past. I'm sure you will fall pregnant before you know it and you will look back and wonder what you were worrying about!! x
