like everyone else has said, have as much of it as you can and after raise your pelvis up to help assist the little swimmers

Try the site www.mymonthlycycles.com to help out with ovulation dates if you get another period, assuming this try is not successful. Their calenders can show you your most fertile days based on your new cycle, it's free too tho they do have a premium service as well.

You can track your periods on it as well to help out

yep, I'll echo what everyone else has just said.

Go at it like rabbits and legs in the air for 5 mins afterwards lol.

Hi do you know the reason for your lack of periods because there are loads of solutions to regulate your periods depending on the cause and your gp can recommend the best drug for you. As a rule the first day of your period is day 1 and you ovulate on day 14-16. Sperm can live for up to 5 days inside you. The aim is to be having sex 2 or 3 times a week around this time. However if your periods are irregular you may not ovulate at all or you may not ovulate on the usual day. You need to ask your GP to take a blood test to see if you ovulate.

hi ya chic. yea the reason i dont have periods is due to pcos. i had to have day 21,28 blood tests, they showed that i didnt ovulate at all. i was put on some tablets which didnt help either. then when i had a period last month i though yippeeee things are gettin sorted, but hey i was wrong again back to square one. ive given up trying now, if it happens then fair play but if it doesnt then it doesnt.
