Hi! the best thing to do would be get your body ready for a baby and keep that in mind, take folic acid and all that awful food thats good for you and baby!!!

Default staying positive

Just keep telling yourself it will happen and try to relax, its so easy to think about it night and day.Im trying myself and you do have moments when you feel worse than others, good luck to everyone trying...

Maybe you could just think to yourself 'Well if it's not this month we can get trying for next month!' I doubt over-worrying and stressing will help lol. But you never know. Then again everyone has their bad days!

the worst thing to do is keep worring about it. i feel the same as you chic, i hate seeing pregnant women, i always wish it was me.but its like they say keep thinking about it and it will never happen. i used to get to the stage when i used to say to myself this time is the one, im gonna get pregnant. after 10 years of trying and getting no where,i dont think it anymore. but it still hurts deep down when i see a pregnant woman.

Have you been to the Doctors for a fertility test? I think if you've been actively trying for a year or more it's recommended to see a Doctor just to make sure everything fine.

Are you still trying?
