do you think it would be ok to take Vitex along side evening primrose oil to help with ovulation? i'm thinking of getting some if i don't ovulate soon, as coming off the patch as messed my cycles up and i read taking vitex can stimulate ovulation!

aint got a clue. i think if its gonna happen it will, why take things a mess around with it all, with some ppl it can take ages but hey its woeth the wait.
