Hiya
Firstly id like to say what amazing people you are no matter what problems children have they are all so loveable. You are all amazing to cope with it i cant imagine how much pressure you must be under at times.

My close friend has CP in her legs, but she has amazed us all and she has a little boy who is 18 months old, she is now pregnant again with baby no2 due in january, she has asked me to go with her for her c section and i was so touched when she asked me.
She copes with her son brilliantly and doesnt let her illness stop her. ok she cant walk far she has to use a wheelchair most the time if we go out shopping or to the park, but it doesnt get in the way. Her son has a normal life the same as most other children his age.
I hope this can lift some of your spirits i find it amazing to watch my friend and her son be as normal as possible.
No question about it they are so happy.

my mates son has downs. his name is carl. through his life hes been a real handfull.after splitting with her hubby ,carl was supposed to go in to a home,but she didnt let it happen. now carl is 21,hes a loving man.when we see him he always says hello and tells me hes gonna get the police on me,coz ive been naughty. it has been hard for my mate though. any parent who has to cope with things like that are true angels

My daughters condition is terminal and it in the same cat as downs as itsa trisomy downs children have extra 21 chromosone Macy who has patous has extyra 13, Its a struggle for us to real struggle even more cause Macy doesnt seep all the sleep she has is 2 hrs in a 24 hr block and its tiring. Im proud of myself and My daughter for all we been through but shes my daughter and id do anything for hwr. Love to you all
