I'm guessing you ment 15 months going on 16 months... not 15 years going on 16 years? :S
But any how when you dress him for bed what do you put on him? Like is it just a top and pants? Or do you put on anything underneath? My daughter is 15 months old and for bed she has just the normal nappies then a baby grow and then either her pj's which are pants and a top or a sleep suit and she doesnt take her nappies off at all. So maybe try something like that. Your son might find it harder to undo the buttons of a baby grow and wont be able to take off his nappie so that might help. Also with a baby grow I find it helps keep the nappie in place.

Ohhh I feel a right shit head now. Sorry I didnt mean any offence I just wasnt sure and assumed it was months and not years. Sorry again.
I'm not too sure what else to suggest. Have you tried any online site's that might sell nappies that are harder for him to get into? When I was pregnant a friend brought me those plastic sheets you put on ya bed in case of my waters breaking it wouldnt go thru to the matress. I think she said they was only a £1 and you can get them for big beds coz the one I got given was for double bed. Not sure if that can help you...
