I know it looks a bit long but seriously read this if u think u mite b suffering post natal depression it helps.

hi my daughter is now 3 years old and it is only recently that i started to get real help for being post natally depressed. I 1st went to see my doctor when my daughter was about 4 months old and they didnt seem to have the time or patience to listn to me and just gave me some anti depressants that didnt work at all so i just seemed to deal with it. there was times when i felt my life was worthless and i was the worst mum in the world. i finally started to get the help i needed around 6 months ago when i was reffered to a counsellor this was the best thing that i have ever done i finally could put into words how i felt to some one that would just listen, it was amazing i could actually think and realise why i had felt the way i had for over two years. i still see my counsellor once a week. jus clear any issues i have.
i would definitely recommend any1 to see a counsellor dont sit around thinking no1 cares they do.
