You are one busy lady!

To be feeling/dealing with the changes as you grow through the pregnancy, plus hormone levels going up and up and already being a mummy to three It's hardly surprising you are feeling low hun.

Make sure you get some 'me' time, easier said than done I know, but you are important and need a break from time to time, even if it's for a nice mug of tea and a five minute sit down.

Good luck!

Best wishes,

Sian.

hi hun.
i was diagnosed with post natal depression 3 months after i had fiona. i dont think i really ever got over it despite being refered to a CBT course and put on anti depressents. im now 33 weeks pregs with no.2 and midwife told me that id got prenatal depression. i didnt know it existed. ive been feeling low, crying alot, getting angry (which is very unlike me) and very frustrated over silly things and not wanted to be apart from my daughter.
its horrible thing to go through but my midwife had been so good and really supportive. im not supposed to see her that often during this pregnancy but i can text or phone her any time and she will always make time to see me.

i hope there is someone there for you, becasue it does help ease the strain even if it doesnt take it away.
take care and look after yourself xxxx
