thanks hun.
saw my hv yesterday and again she was great, she said shes going to come out to me weekly or more as long as i need her too. trouble is my o.h is home and i struggle to open up. i told her about my self harming and shes now decided that meds are the best option. she has contacted my gp and told them the situation for me so i dont have to go into too much detail but im scared to go and be told im being stupid again like last time. i wish i had a sudden surge of confidence to do this. i just wish i could take my hv with me to the docs!!
thats good that your getting somewhere now.the meds is not a bad road to go down, they are what sorted me out also.im still on them myself, but ive been getting weaned down as im on them a couple of years now.
i dont think your doc will say anything to you,and if he does,id say to him 'look your not me,and you dont know what way i am feeling,so please just listen, and not critisise me'
dont worry, its seems to me like your getting there.

well, been put an anti d's, and refered for councilling.
glad its over now, just got to hope it all works. had a crap week so not counting on it.
my poor horse has gone chronically lame, my car exhaust is hanging on by rust, and im not getting on with my oh very well at all.
hi hun, great to hear from u! well, dont count yer chickens before they hatch, just be patient with your anti-d's. mine took at least 2 weeks to kick in.have you been prescribed anti-d's ever before?if not,a bit of advice is to just give them time to absorb and settle before you make a decision on if they work or not.
pm me please if u wanna chat,***

Like melanie said, you will just have to bear with them, don't give up before you've tried them properly. I'm sure that the councilling will be a great help too x
