yeh i know how you feel. ive suffered with depression since i was 13 with having an eating disorder and being abused by my mum growing up. i seen a counciler but it never worked but it could for you. apart from seeing a doc i guess i duno what u can do. like u i just get on with things and hope for a better day.

i have had counselling before as i had a drug problem when i was younger but it doesnt seem to help. she wasnt very good! i have a midwife appointment this afternoon so i will mention it then. i just get worried that if i say something to the wrong person i could lose my kids, i was paranoid the first time around that they were going to take my son because of a former drug problem, but the midwife told me it would be ok as i have been clean for 3 years now

it does sound like you're depressed. you have to do something pretty bad to have your kids taken off you, and women with pre natal depression can have some pretty bad feelings towards their kids. I'm no expert, but from my own experience those feelings will only get worse if you don't get some help. i was on anti-depressants all through my last pregnancy and me n baby were fine. try to put your feet up as being tired makes it much worse. and well done for sorting your drugs thing! u could try another counsellor, they're not all the same
