warning, con man out there!!!!!

i have put in an advert for a door bouncer through the classified through here. ive had a couple of genuine offers for it but a guy called 'Math pete' emailed me offering £2000 pound for it if i give him my bank details and pay me through western money transfer.
This is got to be a con. i would advice everyone not to reply to this man or go through the transaction with him.

There are a lot of these people out there... I have had a few of them... they get your email adresses from email sales... some ISP sell email adresses... yahoo for starters...

They are money launderers
They are con artists
They are theives..... my partner helps on a site with internet watch.. keeping eye on these people.. and banning them from the site he is on.... there is a website called eaglestar to report their ip addresses

u think the net is safe but it aint..

My ex has internet banking facility set up for his bank and he got an email to say someone in America had to tried to hack into his account and steal money..

thats why i dont have any bank details on my pc. when we got it we were warned to be really carefull what we store on the pc.i can see why now.
