i think morgan is hitting the dreaded twos now...i love to go to the cafe for lunch with my sis and all was great,but dear god how things have changed!i go in now and put morgan in the highchair and sit down and all is well for say 5 minutes(until he is bored with his food)and then it starts...he will scream and scream until everyone is staring at us and i would be mortified completly,my guy says just to ignore the people staring but im sure we have all felt that feeling of wanting to sink into the ground when the kids start this.so i end up getting up and leaving.what a waste of a yummy lunch eh?@2334@

my son is like that and hes 4,just ignore any one looking when 'he starts' ignore him to or try to take his mind off it by taking a few toys next time,or try to involve him in the conversation

yeah take something along with you to keep him occupied when we go out on the rare occassion i play eye spy & ask ben to tell me the colours of things around him !

well the toy thing wont work,thrown on the floor...hissy fit!he is fine the minute we leave,i think he just gets aggitated,he loves to be on the go constantly.suppose i should just try harder to ignore these people.pullinghair

my friend when she had her little boy was in the supermarket & the baby started crying & everyone was staring at her & she got really upset & screamed at them all saying " he's a baby they cry it's what they do ! ". take no notice of them hun!

that sounds like it might work soon,but at the mo he doesnt talk or understand to well...he is 21 months by birth date but 18 months old by when he should have been born because of his preterm if u get me!what age is the average for when they do start to talk?its mad isnt it,they can't talk but well able to throw a wobbler!!

awww terrible two's are indeed a nitemare.. but if they are ne thing like my Emma who is 5 god love ya.. she is a bad tempered bitch! to put it lightly.. she wont settle at nite she is constanly behind me where ever I go and she also wakes at nite lookin for drinks.. I have tired ignoring her but she screams louder and im sure the neighbours think im killing her..

well that does sound a bit prolonged alright,dear god i do hope morgan wont go on for that long,he still doesnt sleep right through the night either,still wants bottles,like 3 a night!i mean,whats with that?!!
