help!!!!

i am in need of regaining some sanity before i completely lose the plot!!!! its only half way through the first week of the summer holidays and i'm already at my wits end. i have a daughter called aimee and she is 4, she's due to start school this september.

we are stuck in most days because of the weather so i appriciate that she must be bored, but even when we do go out she is a pain! she shouts at me for no reason, screams and throws herself on the floor over the smallest thing, and her attitude . . . . well!!

i know that i am not alone but i have tried everything and i just don't know what to do! any suggestions people?

well your right not on own, but i know it feels like it my daughter was the same i got to point where was ready for murder lol then i just started ignoring her or if was out would hold her hand and talk to her about anything but not about what was happening lol, like we was having a nice time out and she got fedup of off either been ignored or got curious about what was talking about. hope helps you will find the right course for you

i was just asking the same question last week!!! i have been using a star chart and it really works!! my daughter is 3 and starts nursery in sept so she also is bored... i have found out that al i was doing was tellin her off... so i thought of doing a chart as a way to praise her!!! she gets a treat at end of week if she has lots of stars!!

also she can get up2 10stars a day!! so all good things r being praised... and not too big a gap as younger children can not think too far ahead!!
