can anyone give me advice on my pain?

I am 14 weeks pregnant and suffering with stomach pain, the pain comes from my rib cage all the way down to above my belly button. It is so severe at time I can not walk even a small short distance walk can bring this pain on, does anyone know what this is. (I have no bleeding or discharge so I have ruled out anything serious) I really would appreciate so advice to give me peace of mind.

in my early stages of my pregnancy i had some really bad pain even tho i waited till the weekend i went to A&E and they did a scan to check that everything was fine my advise would be to go to your local hospital and explain your pregnant and your having some really bad pains and there check them over for you, dont wait around it might be nothing but then again it could be a sign of something x

When i was pregnant with my second a had a lot of pain, but it was low down on the right hand side and ma pelvis and i got it seen 2 straight away, it turned out 2 be that all ma muscles/ligaments had sofened 2 quickly a think the medical term is SPD (symphisis pubis disorder) and a had 2 wear a big belt (not very attractive mind u) that shifted most of the weight up a bit so there wasnt 2 much weight bearing down on ma pelvis, it helped a lot!!

I'm not sure what it could be hun but Id go see the hospital or doctor and see what they say hun just to be on the safe side. You shouldnt leave it.
