Default embarassing problem!

hi girls i have a bit of a shameful problem! i know when you are pregnant you produce more discharge but the other night when me and my hubby were messing around in bed i leaked this clear watery stuff, i dont think im losing conrol of my bladder yet!! should i be worried? since then i have had to change my knickers 2-3 times a day cause they are wet. could my bag of waters be leaking?
