Default embarrassing little problems


hi, im four months gone with my second child, and im having some problems going for a number 2

and i was just wondering if anyone new of any remedies i can use. that would be great. x x

If u go 2 see ur nurse or gp they will be able 2 give u some lactulose or something!! Or ask in at ur chemist and they will be able 2 tell u wats safe 2 take during pregnancy!! And I always find fresh orange loosens ur bowels aswell!! Sorry I cant be more help chick!!

thats fine, its just like u said u want to be careful what u take when pregnant. i just find it embarrassing approaching people about stuff like that. lol but thanks hun. xx xx

cranberry juice is very good with your bowels perhaps try a fruit smoothie and it will make you blast! lol

Ooo I had this problem with my 1st pregnancy and its not fun so you have my sympathy.

I went to the Dr in the end who gave me some mild lactulose. It did the trick.

Dont feel embarrassed going to the Dr they get this all the time. If you keep putting it off you may end up with piles and thats more embarrassing to go to the Dr with ! hehe

my mum said prune juice was good to get ur bowels going. it tastes awful but it did the trick! lol x x x

i am preggers with my 2nd child too and i had this problem to start with, i now have a bowl of sultana bran for beakfast every day followed by a fruit yog (muller light r yum!) this has helped everything get back to normal
