Default littel help


nothing to bad just wonted any advice on morning sickness. i dont feel to bad in the mornign its all day long and then off a night im sick driving me up the wall the only thing i can seem to eat is toast and thats it.

im sorry your feelin so bad hun,i didnt really suffer from morning sickness so im not much help.il ask some of my mates if they no of anything that might help,but in the mean time i hope it gets easier for u.xx

im drinkin lots of water too or apple juice and just toast to take that feelin away xx

hi there i suffured really badly wiv morning sickness, n im afraid 2 say nothing at all helped for me, toast was also the only thing that worked for me n milk or water but sumtimes milk didnt work. hope u feel better soon.

Well I cant help you here either. I havent suffered morning sickness at all with my pregnancy. I heard ginger nut biscuits are good for morning sickness and to drink water to keep your fluids up.

eat little and often!! :-)x not one thing in particular helped me but eating small snacks thruout the day worked a treat!! :-)

i seem to be ok in the morning and as it gets afternoon and evening thats when i feel really bad xx

Yeah... same. I felt neasua but I was never sick. I just ate small snacks thru out the day.
