Default movements what are they?

im 14 weeks pregnant and im getting weird movements when i lift heavy objects. they are not painful but stop me moving does anyone know what this could be doesnt feel like baby moving as this is my 3rd pregnancy can anyone help?

it might just be the baby moving about. u should try not to lift heavy things though, it isnt too good for ya! x
