Default braxton hicks

Hi
I am now 28 wks pregnant and have had bh since about 14 wks! They are perfectly normal and healthy UNLESS they become to frequent and regular and increase in strength. Mine did at 26 wks and had to go to labour ward to be monitired and spend the night. The rule is no more than 5 an hour if they start and become regular you should have a warm bath, take paracetamol, lay down on your left side and drink at least 2 glasses of water. Hospital advice! If theyare still strong and regular after all that make your way to labour ward. I still have them daily and am on bedrest until the end of the week but they are not half as bad as they were that night! Even mild dehydration can trigger bh! Hope this may help

Default Something else

Also something else I just remembered this morning! Mild constipation is normally the cause of most bh, doctor told us that on the ward. I have to have fibregel daily to try to de-crease the amount I have. 30 weeks this week.
