hi wot about newcastle way or durham or darlington, middlesborough them sort of places i wud hv t travel 2 or 3 hours or more for sum of the places that is suggested, not that im bovad like bt my o/h wud be about the milage on the car he he he

to be honst, where ever is chosen, its gonna be hard for alot of people to make it, and easy for alot.

some people will be happy, as it will be easy for them to get to, and others will have to miss out as its too far for them to travel!!

some place will have to be decided soon, then we will have to think about what area of that place we will all meet at !!

people from essex aint gonna wanna meet at manchester (it dont bother me tho), and people from manchester aint gonna wanna meet at essex lol...

so we gonna ave to draw the line somewhere!!

i think i will leave it in ur hands jess, to get somehwre sorted while im away, a place where most members can get to, im not too fussed, but i dont want to travel accross the other side of the uk lol, if u know wot i mean!!

righ thankx becky, me and trev ave sat down last night and work some things out here goes

landsend to john 'o' Groats is 836 miles halfway between that is kendal

thats one end of the country to the other,

or

if u do it from london to glasgow halfway is manchester

that is the major towns.

so i propose eaither kendal or machester as they r halfway for everyone

How about having moderators for different areas, they cud then organise meets for their designated places and then at least mum's can meet up with a few people and it wud be great to have representatives for certain regions. I'm from Wales and know if there was a meet here i would love to go but it's virtually impossible for me to travel as far as the the places on the list. Then posts cud be made on the site of how the meets went so everyone can get involved and feel part of the mum's room community.
Just a suggestion. I understand everyone is scattered all over the place so it is really difficult to please every1. Doing a great job.
