Am currently divorcing my husband. I left him Jan 07 and he is not co-operating at all. he offered to pay my out of the house with a decent offer but then made excuses about the bank and stuff. So, I have to send a list of all my financial stuff - and my partners - to the solicitor, and my divorce case will be going to court in September. It is a total pain, is costing £100 per month in solicitors fees and seems really unfair that my partner's income is taken into account when 2 of my children are not even his. has anyone else been in this situation?
