Default end of my tether

I am looking through this section and i see alot of people feling the same way i do. I have been with my husband for 10 years now. We have a two year old and he also has 3 daughters and a grandson. We have been arguing ALOT since my son was born. We have a lot of issues with his ex and his daughters cause problems too. I mean he is a great dad he is a good man he doesnt hit me or anything but there is no spark anymore. I wonder if we got so bogged down in the shit mire of life that we forgot to have fun. My question is do you really think counselling is bollocks or has it worked for anyone? Im thinking of it but i dont know if i should call it a day.

i think you need to sit down with your hubby & tell him how your feeling he may not like what he wants to hear but you have to get that communication going as it's important for a relationship to work!!!
i think every woman & man sits there & thinks there has to be more to life than this but it's how you deal with your situation to turn it around that matters if that makes sense.
good luck hun & your not alone x

I agree with Pinky.

I have many days where I feel I can do better and there must be more out there than what Ive got, but everyone has days like that. Its all to easy too become disillusioned with how a perfect little happy family should be. Watching movies is a killer, life just isnt like that on reality.

Talk with your hubby and tell him how you are feeling, it worked for me as I realised we both had similar thoughts and worked on them.

Good luck.
xx
