I have taken on new work and 'he' sits on his bum all day...

Do you know something everyone since I find out about my pregnancy I have taken on new job, my boyfriend however just sits on his arse all day or when he does actually move it is to put finishing touches to his car. I thought the scan yesturday and even the pregnancy itself would have kicked him up the backside but it hasnt clearly. He has not done repairs to the house we are supposed to be moving into and there is alot to do at the house. I cant believe that I am painting the bedrooms on my own. I am really happy in my own little pregnancy world but i think i am realising that the daddy to be is not going to help and he is making me feel insecure and lonely. xx

Told him everything last night after writing in confidence to you guys. I felt upset about it all and realised that Im not letting baby feel these negative emotions. I explained how i felt and gave him time to explain how he was feeling. It seems to have catupulted him into the here and the now but time will tell actions speak louder than words...Hope you are all ok? Its lovely knowing we can all express our feelings on here.
