Default superslim!!!size zero

omg did anyone watch louise rednapps quest to highlight the dangers of the size zero craze lastnight on itv at 9pm....i watched with my mouth wide open as she went from a healthy size 8 to a unhealthy size 4. i'm glad she did this to show young girls out there what this stupid diet can do to your body let alone personal life...well done louise!!!
i think there's too much pressure on us woman to feel good about ourselves like she said "if you want to wear the latest fashions you have to be skinny as the designers are designing their clothes to fit skinny woman"....well if that's what it takes to look good i think i'll stay in my nice plump healthy body thanks!!!!!!

Well, at Stanley's Infant Schhol they have all this "healthy eating" stuff which I think is great when it comes to school dinners as my kids don't get processed food at home so they shouldn't get it at school either, and I agree with the rules about not taking fizzy drinks and chocolate etc in packed lunches, but twice last week Stanley came home with his chewy bar as it contained chocolate chips!
Now, he's 5years old and not a fussy eater but would choose to eat jaffa cakes over carrot sticks any day, but he will eat a chewy bar which contains healthy oats etc but only because it has 3 chocolate chips in! He wouldn't eat them otherwise.
My kids packed lunches contain - Wholemeal roll with ham, individual cheese portion, carton of fresh juice (apple, orange or pineapple), a drinky plus yoghurt, a peice of fresh fruit or a box of raisins and then they choose something for themselves to put in, but it's only things like chewy bar, carrot sticks, packet of crisps.
I think the school are wrong to not let him eat a chewybar because it contains chocolate chips, what do you think?

i agree wit no fizzy drinks etc... but not letting him have that chewy bar is a bit extreme!!!! also as long as majority is healthy then surely one little treat doesnt hurt!!!
