Default Breakfast

At the moment my kids will only eat unheathy breakfast cereals - the ones coated in sugar!! They resuse anything else and will only eat sugary ones such as 'goldern nuggets', 'frosties' and 'co-co pops' etc. I want to try and get them to eat heathier ones like rice crispies or corflakes, but they just won't eat them.

Any ideas on how i can get them to eat the ones that are a bit better for them? x

There are alot of the sweet ones that are still good with omega three and oats and stuff, get them, i think those golden nuggets are supposed to have something in them, cheerios are pretty good. As long as they are eating something though its alright though i think, my middle one always wants sausages and they are full of god knows what. Try toast with something sweet but thinly spread.
