Default how to make sugar free rusks


Pieces of bread soaked in milk and baked in the oven until crisp, make ideal rusks especially for babies that are teething. As well as being cheap they have the added bonus of no added sugar

wow that is a good tip, never thought of that one, wouldent mind trying it, altho my daughter is 15 months now, i'm sure she wouldent turn it away, she loves her food!!!
