lamb with cinnamon is yummy, I promise
what you need:
Boneless lamb {neck fillet is best}
1 onion
tin of tomatoes
tin of chickpeas
cinnamon
juice of half a lemon
1 clove of garlic
pan fry the onion chopped with the lamb {cubed into fairly big chunks} until browned
Add tomatoes, chickpeas {drained}, garlic chopped, lemon juice and between 1/4-1/2 tsp of cinnamon (according to taste)
Put a lid on and cook on very low heat for approx 1.5 hrs
This is yummy, because cooked on low heat for so long the lamb just melts in your mouth also very good for you
Serve with rice
