I am a spend thrift at times, I find if you go out with only the money in your purse you need for the shopping and leave your bank card at home then there is no chance that you can spend on impulse and blow the budget.

yes thats so ryt if u just take wot u need u wont over spend its easy to spend on a nice pair of shoes but why not wait to buy new ones and btr quality which last longer u wont need shoes for a yr or more i bought shoes for 10 pound and they fall to bits after 2 months y buy shoes every 2 month
