Default nicest rice in the world

Use enough rice as you need for your meal

2-3 tbsp vermicelli noodles {like they use in soups}
rice
oil
stockcube

Wash the rice by placing in a sieve and pouring boiling water over it {rice is really dirty and should always be washed}

Warm the oil in a non stick pan or wok, add the noodles and stock and stir whilst they are cooking. Cook until they are a very dark brown and look almost burnt
Add the washed rice and stir for a few minutes to coat in the oil
Pour on the required amount of fresh boiled water eg 1 cup rice 2 cup water
Turn the heat down to lowest setting and place a lid on top DO NOT STIR
once cook, takes an average of 15mins remove from heat open lid, and put in a slice of bread or lay kitchen roll over the top and replace lid
leave for 5-6 mins. Bread will remove excess water and stop rice going sticky
Serve with your meal and enjoy
