Default pound pot!!


hey there just an idea we have a pound pot at home to put all our pound coins in so that if a unxepected bill pops up we have some money to fall back on or in our case that extra couple of pound for that sneaky takeaway on a fri night!! lol

i have a pound pot its a good idea.ova crimbo my hubby and i put a pound away a day, we ended up with £50. that paid the bills for jan.
i put a £1 away a day now so i can buy my card making mags.

We too have a £1/£2 coin jar - it's one of those massive whisky bottles? Most we ever had in it was £480 which we put towards our car taxes and holiday money. Every little helps, and you don't notice a few quid each week.

i dont have enough money to have a pound jar!!! have a penny, 2pence, 5pence and change i find round the house jar tho!!!! always come in handy.. like last night it bought us our sausage and chips!!!

Im with you CULLUM cant afford a £1 jar so we have a loose change jar and when we are skint we raid it! Or if I go out and 4get to leave some money for him indoors he cant moan cos he got enuf for a paper

I have a change pot. Anything less than 50p goes in there. I've found that because I've been spending less it takes ages to flil up!
