sponge cake
ingriedient
8oz self rising flour
8oz sugar granulated
8oz butter or marg
4eggs
gas mark five
add the sugar and buter mix untill creamy
add eggs and flour in the same bowl as butter and sugar mix
until mixture is thick but runny
if u want u can add ur own flavouring to the mixture but if u add raisins or fruit the temp of the oven is gas mark four
add all the mixture to a cake basin put the cake in the center of the oven until is nice and brown
to check if it cook push firmly on the cake if it risies its cooked
